Why RCB couldn't able to Win One IPL trophy?

RCB is the one of the most hyped team in the history of IPL but they couldn't able to win one IPL trophy. But they will behave like they've won everything but in reality they've not won anything. But main question is "Why RCB are still a trophyless team in the history of IPL? ". 

1. Focus on aggressive celebrations and parties more than performance:

RCB players never focused on their performance, they always focusing on always showing aggressive celebration. Their main focus is not about performance, they even silenced their own RCB fans those fans who are supporting RCB since the introduction of IPL. Against CSK they silenced own fans and they abused CSK players. After beating CSK in a league match they extended their party till 5 a.m next morning. 

2. Some players playing for personal milestones not playing for team: 

RCB players known for playing for personal milestones not for team. In their team there is a player who is playing for RCB for 17 years but he couldn't help to RCB to won a title. He always scored 500, 600 runs in IPL seasons but those runs are good for himself not good for team. In their team there were some players who scored runs but those runs are not good enough for team. But there are some players also who always play aggressive cricket but because of some players selfish approach team hasn't won any IPL trophy. If team lose blame will goes on other players those who tried to play aggressive cricket but if team won then credit will goes to one player, that player always play for milestones. 

3. Never trust on own players: 

RCB never trusted on their own players, there are many players who performed for RCB but they released those players. For example, KL Rahul performed very well in IPL 2016 but RCB released KL Rahul in 2018. 
They bought Shimron Hetmyer in 2019 and released in 2020 because Hetmyer didn't score runs in some matches but in last league match Hetmyer scored a fifty but they didn't gave any chance to Hetmyer and released Hetmyer in next IPL. Yuzvendra Chahal was the best bowler of RCB, he played 10 years for RCB but they released Yuzvendra Chahal in 2022 despite knowing the fact there is no better spinner than Chahal in IPL. 

4. Worst team environment: 

Team environment of RCB is one of the worst in IPL history. New players are not feeling comfortable because in the team there were only focus on two or three players and because of things Indian domestic players has been always ignored by RCB team. 

5. Auction Strategy: 

Auction Strategy of RCB team is not good because they never selected a good player who can perform in IPL. RCB bought Kyle Jamieson in 15 crores despite knowing the fact Jamieson is a test bowler. In Auction when RCB had best chance to buy back Yuzvendra Chahal they didn't try to buy. 

6. Never gave a chance to other Indian batters to show their performance: 

In the history of IPL, they couldn't find another batter like Virat Kohli who can perform for RCB. Virat Kohli has scored 8000 runs for RCB but after Virat Kohli second highest Run scorer for RCB by an Indian batter is Dinesh Karthik who scored 980+ Runs, this shows RCB never gave any chance to other batters to perform because they never wanted a player in their team who can match the performance of Virat Kohli for RCB. 

My Opinion: 

If RCB wants to win IPL trophy, they should make a team without Virat Kohli because Virat Kohli plays for RCB for 17 years but RCB never won an IPL trophy. RCB released every players but they never released Virat Kohli. RCB needs to retain those players who can play fearless brand of cricket , RCB should retain players like Rajat Patidar, Will Jacks and Cameron Green for IPL season 2025 because these players can play fearless brand of cricket in any ground and against any IPL team.

Does senior players of MI really underperform under Hardik Pandya captaincy?
