Does senior players of MI really underperform under Hardik Pandya captaincy?

MI is one of the greatest teams in the history but in last 3 years they played very below level of cricket and in this IPL season MI finished at No.9 in the points table but one media report has revealed that dressing room atmosphere of MI was the reason behind these failures but another thing written in the same media report that senior players of MI is not supporting Hardik Pandya who is the captain of MI and they didn't gave 100% performance but is this true or just putting blame game on senior players to save someone , let's see the performances of those senior players.

Senior players performances for MI under Hardik Pandya captaincy :

1. Suryakumar Yadav: 1440 Runs (50+ scores: 13 , strike rate: 168.22)
2. Rohit Sharma: 1034 Runs (50+scores:7, Strike rate: 150.07)
3. Jasprit Bumrah: (42 wickets, 7.2 economy rate)

These players are the backbone of Mumbai Indians, they performed well for Mumbai Indians but they still faced criticism except one player and that is captain himself Hardik Pandya who has done nothing for Mumbai Indians in the last 3 years since he returning to Mumbai Indians after 2 year stint with Gujarat Titans where he played 2 final and won one trophy but in Mumbai Indians he failed very badly whether as a captain or as a player, he has scored only 646 runs where he averages only 21 with having a strike rate of 146 and he is yet to score a 50+ for MI in last 3 years while in bowling department he took 29 wickets with an economy rate of over 10. Mumbai Indians made Hardik Pandya captain as they see his captaincy in Gujarat Titans but they forget there was one person behind the success of Gujarat Titans and that was Ashish Nehra who was always giving directions to Hardik Pandya from dugout but when Hardik Pandya became MI captain his captaincy skill goes exposed very well he was looking very clueless, when MI appointed Hardik Pandya as a captain that was the biggest blunder made by any IPL team in the history of the IPL because they removed the greatest IPL captain and the smartest cricket brain Rohit Sharma who won 5 IPL trophies and when Mumbai Indians removed him from captaincy he won 2 ICC trophies for India as a captain. It was written on the wall that Mumbai Indians will be collapsed because they did a big mistake also when they traded Cameron Green to RCB just for getting Hardik Pandya from Gujarat Titans, that one trade changed whole circle of MI team combination they were already a great side but team owners had other plans and that plan became a joke for team. Now MI are getting reality check that they did a big blunder but it's too late for them because their whole team environment is not great, once a Mumbai Indians who were called as One Family is now a broken family where captain is an arrogant guy who doesn't want to talk with senior players and other players well. If MI wants to revive their old legacy they have to took some tough calls and first one should be remove Hardik Pandya for captaincy and give the charge of selecting the best captaincy candidate to Rohit Sharma who has the smartest cricket brain and who knows how modern game works and MI should also remove their Head coach as well as their whole support staff because it's time to rethink how to revive old legacy. IPL mega auction will be happen before 2028 and MI have a great chance to build a team because many players can take the route of other teams while some can announce retirement so they can build a young team and one more thing they should do whenever Rohit Sharma retires from cricket Mumbai Indians should try to bring back Rohit Sharma as a key member of the support staff whether it's a position of coach or global head of MI.
