Why Virat Kohli shouldn't open the innings in T20I world cup?

Indian team for T20I World Cup will be selected in some days. But one big questions for selectors will be, who will open the innings for Indian team with Indian captain Rohit Sharma. But, some cricket experts thinks Virat Kohli should open the innings but this will be not a good idea.

Why Virat Kohli shouldn't open the innings?

Because if Virat Kohli open the innings it will be not good because Virat Kohli struggles against spinners and it will benefit for opposition teams they will open the bowling with spinners and because of this Indian team will be not able to score runs in powerplay overs. If Virat Kohli opens the innings, it will be unfair for players like Yashasvi Jaiswal, Shubhman Gill who performed very well in T20I cricket. Virat Kohli always takes time in T20I cricket and it's not a good thing for an opener batter in T20I cricket. If Virat Kohli open the innings in T20I World Cup it will be the worst decision ever taken by Indian team management and it will give a wrong message to other players who scored runs as an opener batter.

Virat Kohli batting stats against Spinners:

vs Left-arm orthodox:
Innings: 34
Runs : 291
Balls: 248
Outs: 4
Average: 72.75
Strike Rate: 117.3
Dot-ball % : 27.4

vs Leg Break:
Innings: 58
Runs: 531
Balls: 411
Outs: 11
Average: 48.3
Strike Rate: 129.2
Dot-ball % : 24.8

vs Right Arm Off Break:
Innings: 42
Runs: 414
Balls: 332
Outs: 4
Average: 103.5
Strike Rate: 124.7
Dot-ball % : 26.5

These numbers are showing Virat Kohli always struggle against spinners and Virat Kohli is not capable to hit big shots against spinners. In Westindies where World Cup will be played, pitches are very suitable for spin bowlers and teams always open the bowling with spinners. If Virat Kohli open the innings it will be not a good decision for Indian cricket team.
