Does Indian Cricket really care about Domestic cricket?

 Indian cricket team is one of the best team in the world. Indian cricket team is strongest team because of its domestic cricket structure. But, now Indian domestic cricket is not in good condition. But now, players are not giving the value to domestic cricket. 

Why Domestic cricket is not in good condition? 

There are many reasons, but the main reason is IPL. Because of IPL, indian cricketers are not giving the value to domestic cricket. Now, no indian cricketers wants to play domestic cricket. 
There was a time, when Indian cricket team was selected on the basis of performance s in domestic cricket. But now players are getting selected on the basis of IPL performances. This is the main reason, because player thinks if he will performed in one IPL season, then he will be selected in Indian Cricket Team. Because of this many players doesn't want to play domestic cricket. There are many players who always unavailable to play domestic cricket but when it comes to IPL they will be fully fit. Players like Jalaj saxena, Priyank panchal, Abhimanyu Easwaran and many other players has performed very well in domestic cricket but they haven't played one match for Indian Cricket team. But many players who hasn't played domestic cricket regularly they has been getting selected in Indian Cricket team because of IPL performances. Now, no one youth players wants to play in domestic cricket, everyone wants to play only IPL. Indian cricket team is in transition phase in test format, Indian cricket team needs a group of 8-10 fast bowlers, but Indian cricket team Selectors are struggling to find even 1 or 2 fast bowlers for test team. If these things will be not sorted immediately, it will be not a good sign for Indian Cricket.
